GRAPHICS – DESKTOP PUBLISHING ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT IAS is taking applications for a DeskTop Publishing Administrative Assistant. Main duties include creating and updating compliance forms- (80%) of your daily workflow. Additional duties may inclued but are not limited to, archiving and cataloging documents, maintaining Excel workload spreadsheet, creating sales orders and purchase orders, supplies, inventory, phone orders and assisting agents/dealerships with graphic order requests. Additional duties may include updating, copying, printing, cutting and folding graphic marketing materials using desktop publishing programs. Applicant must have HS Diploma and 1 year of office experience, strong multi-tasking skills, MUST have intermediate knowledge of PC systems and and MUST have basic to intermediate desktop publishing skills with the following software:Indesign and/or QuarkExpress. Basic knowledge of copiers, cutting and folding machines. The ideal candidate will have some legal background and must possess excellent verbal and written communication and proofreading skills and the ability to learn new products and process transactions with consistent quality.
